AyuTrack stores health and wellness information that you enter manually or that is imported from Apple Health with your permission. This includes daily vitals (weight, blood pressure, heart rate, sleep, HRV, steps), meal logs, blood sugar readings, lab results, fasting protocol progress, and daily protocol check-ins.
All data is stored locally on your iPhone in a private database that only AyuTrack can access. Your data is protected by your device's built-in security, including your passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
No. AyuTrack has no server, no cloud backend, no analytics service, and no third-party SDKs. The app operates entirely offline. No network requests are made at any time.
If you grant permission, AyuTrack reads health metrics from Apple HealthKit (such as weight, heart rate, HRV, sleep, and steps) to populate your daily dashboard. AyuTrack does not write data back to HealthKit. This integration is optional and can be disabled at any time in the app's settings or in the iOS Health app under Sources.
No. There are no ads, no analytics trackers, no crash reporting services, and no behavioral tracking of any kind. AyuTrack does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
No. Your data is never shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third party. Period.
AyuTrack provides an export feature that creates an Excel file on your device. This file is generated locally and is only shared if you choose to send it via the iOS share sheet. AyuTrack does not access or control where you share this file.
You can delete your data at any time from within the app (Settings → Data Management). Deleting the app from your device permanently removes all stored data.
AyuTrack is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Since no data leaves your device, changes will only reflect app functionality updates.
